Rich Weaving – Race Team Manager Oxford

Rich is a huge Motorsport fan and has always worked in a motor racing environment. It’s obviously in the blood! His Dad was building world beating rally cross cars for the likes of Martin Shanke before Rich was even a twinkle in his dads eye! Rich studied at the Silverstone national college for motor sport in race engineering before going straight into a race team. There he ran F3 cars and Radical sports cars learning a huge amount about car set up and team management. If you have a spare hour (or ten) ask him how a race car works! Rich brings a terrific work ethic and level of detail, from a sport where only success is of interest.

Alex Preston - Race Team Manager Berkshire

Alex had little option in life other than being involved in motorsport, as his father dragged him to most racing events during his childhood! Alex comes with a wealth of racing knowlege and has competed in The MX5 championship and Ginetta GT5 Challenge (winning the last three races of 2014 - hooray!). For 2016 we are all keeping our fingers crossed as he is looking to go out and win the Mazda Supercup. He is also looking for more financial support - so if you fancy supporting a super quick young driver - Alex is your man!
