The Race hut Oxford has 16 state-of-the-art racing simulators, a licensed bar, a giant screen to watch the race on, seating areas and a winner’s podium.
All corporate events give you exclusive hire of our entire venue, complimentary use of a conference facility, full use of our audio/visual equipment and we can add your company branding to the venue and screens if required. We can provide hors d’ oeuvres, finger buffets, drinks, champagne, even your own cocktail bar.
To help build team spirit we offer a range of prize options for you. From a podium celebration on our winner’s podium to a trophy ceremony with champagne. We give away confetti champagne bottles and trophies for the winners. To keep morale high even amongst those who don’t make it to the podium we can offer unique and fun prizes for other racers and a race hut gift for everyone.
The 2 ½ hr event is ideal with up to 16 drivers taking part whilst if there will be 17+ drivers, the 3 ½ hr event is more suitable. The racing format can be decided on the day. Don’t worry, we will work with you to make sure your event is fun and that your event objectives are met.
