Come and enjoy an exhilarating Christmas racing party at the Race Hut Oxford. Give your staff something they will never forget this Christmas.

We have a fully licensed bar, a coffee lounge to relax in, and a giant screen to watch the racing and cheer on the winner. The Race Hut can provide food from Pizza or Hors D’oeuvres to a finger food buffet. You can put money behind the bar for your staff, we can even hire in for you an amazing pop up cocktail bar with your own Mixologist.

With 8 or more drivers you can hold your own private Christmas Party at The Race Hut. Choose from either event format below. Both events include your drivers briefing and trophy ceremony on the podium!

No matter what you’re after from your Christmas Party, we have all corners covered (excuse the pun)!

1HR Christmas Race Event

Our 1HR Christmas Race Event consists of our drivers briefing which includes tips on the car and circuit, general racing technique and also a full guide of our professional racing simulators.

After the briefing there will be a 15 minute qualifying session which will decide the grid for the first of your races based on best lap time!

Then it’s time to buckle up and hear the revs rise for the start of the first race! Lights out and away you go for a 10-minute door to door race.

After the chequered flag has flown it’s time for the 10-minute final race which will determine who gets to stand on the winners podium and take the glory!

Our Christmas 1HR Race Event package includes the FIRST ROUND OF DRINKS ON THE HOUSE!

£200 – Event for up to 8 drivers

£20 per additional driver (max 16)

2HR Christmas Race Event

Our 2HR Christmas Race Event is our most popular Christmas Party format and consists of our drivers briefing which includes tips on the car and circuit, general racing technique and also a full guide of our professional racing simulators.

After the briefing there will be a 15 minute practice session which will allow drivers to get up to speed and find the fastest lines ahead of the first race!

Then it’s time to buckle up and hear the revs rise for the start of the first of 3 racing heats! Lights out and away you go for the 3 x 10-minute door to door heats.

After the chequered flag has flown on the heats it’s time for the Grand Final which will determine who gets to stand on the winners podium and take the glory!

Our 2HR package also includes FREE PIZZA BUFFET FOR ALL DRIVERS!
